Andy Sixx Style Makeup

Okay so I was sitting in my room and was just messing around with my makeup and decided to recreate Andy Sixx's signature look.

So i didn't use very expensive makeup it was all drugstore brands!!

For the outline and filling in of the eyes I used -
Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Liner Black

And filled it in using this product and for the scar I used it aswell

I used a cheap £1 brand of matte black eyeshadow from MUA only sold a Superdrug

I just used a light red for the lips(even though it's not evident in the pic) and blended some of the black liner
                                                                Into the scar

I didn't use any foundation but feel free to use a PALE foundation to achieve the true Andy Sixx Look

Well I hope you enjoyed my somewhat of a tutorial on Andy Sixx's signature look

Iron Fist Hi-Tops

As the people who have read my last post http://affordablealternativefashion.blogspot.com/2011/07/inexpensive-faux-leather-jacket.html
I have recently been into Glasgow shopping.

I was in Hellfire and came across the coolest shoes I had ever seen.

Side View Of The Shoe
It was a pair of Iron Fist Hi-tops, now normally I wouldn't pay for this brand of shoe as I feel they are quite expensive, but they were on sale for £35.99 and I had a voucher for £30 so all I payed was £5.99.

The shoes are really comfortable and also very popular among my friends who all wanted a pair!!! I enjoy wearing them with my skinny jeans as they give me the look i enjoy sporting and I am also looking forward to wearing them with the new dress I purchased for a horse race meet I am attending.

As far as I am aware I don't have any complaints about the shoes, but if and when I do feel the need to update you on them I shall do it here.

Inexpensive Faux Leather Jacket

So today I went shopping into Glasgow's main City Centre for no real purpose. I had some spare cash lying around and thought to myself "What the hay, I might as well spend it."

So when I arrived I had been listening to my current favourite band Black Veil Brides. Ever since I started listening to them I always wanted a Leather Jacket like front man Andy Biersack.

I headed into Hellfire Couture hoping to find one. I did. But to my disappointment it was priced at £200!!! and that was on sale.

A tad disappointed I headed over to Primark which is just along the road, simply for browsing purposes.

I was looking along the racks when I came across a stunning Leather Jacket, at only £20.

The jacket is a really nice dark black colour and great quality. It is indeed faux leather but it is quite hard to tell from a distance. It is really comfy and great to wear with your skinny jeans and a band Tee-Shirt or over the top of a dress, to make it more of a rocker-ish style.

The only downside to this jacket is the sizing is rather off. Normally I take a size 16 in jackets such as these that stop at the waist but had to purchase this one in a size 20 as to make sure it is comfortable.

Well that is all I have to say for now! Happy Alternative Clothing Shopping :D
